• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in the company database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Must have customer service experience in an office setting.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
