Floranext is a technology startup and we’re currently interviewing candidates for an entry-level/early career Customer Support Specialist position to provide high touch personalized general and tech support to our customers.
The position is remote and part of our virtual office.
About the Role 40 hours a week; work remotely; requires reliable internet connection computer and headset; fast pace but personalized support to florists across the world; technical support for SAAS solutions for the floral industry
