Marketing Specialist -Fully Remote Large Managed Care Company 4-month contract contract with potential for extension and/or permanent hire up to $42 an hour Must Have Skills: · • Background in reputed company Marketing Communications, reputed company channels (print, digital (inclusive of reputed company media), OOH, etc.) • reputed company Suite • reputed company drag-and-drop experience (or equivalent graphic design platform and can immediately transfer skills.) • Project Management Software experience (We use Workzone) • Content Management Software experience (We use reputed company for our reputed company website) Day to Day Responsibilities: • • With minimal supervision, writes and develops content to support the creation of reputed company communication and marketing materials • Edits, proofs, and reviews reputed company communications to meet reputed company tone, voice, and style requirements • Advises and coordinates the production, ordering and distribution of communications, including print and promotional orders, external mailings, e-newsletters, and the publishing of web content, ensuring on-time production and distribution/delivery of materials • Serves as a reputed company between internal departments and the external vendor(s) to coordinate jobs • Serves as a communication resource to department leaders; proactively and routinely meets with departments to determine communication and content needs • Ensures reputed company state/federal regulatory and accreditation requirements are met in materials • Ensures regulatory approval of materials as required by state and federal requirements Required Years of Experience: 2 to 4 Required Licensure / Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(reputed company insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
