About This Role We are conducting a confidential search for a fast-growing, private equity–backed Next-Generation Car Wash Network with dozens of locations across the Midwest and aggressive expansion plans nationwide. With strong PE backing and major growth ahead, the company is building out key functions to support scale. They need an Auto Claims Manager to take full ownership of the claims process, improve efficiency, and strengthen the customer experience. Why This Role Matters This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder role. As the company grows, claims management is shifting into operations and needs its own leader. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable systems that protect customer trust and reduce financial risk. Success here means claims are handled quickly, fairly, and consistently across dozens of sites while customer satisfaction and operational efficiency improve. What You’ll Do • Oversee auto damage claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and fair resolution. • Build and roll out standardized processes (SOPs) so claims are handled consistently across all locations. • Establish and manage relationships with trusted repair shops and service partners. • Act as the escalation point for complex or disputed claims. • Track and analyze claims data to identify trends, reduce costs, and guide operational improvements. • Partner closely with operations, customer success, and leadership to align processes and drive results. What We’re Looking For • Auto claims expertise — 5+ years managing automotive insurance claims. • Car knowledge — strong understanding of how vehicles are built and how to assess damage. • Proven ability to design or improve claims processes in multi-site or service-driven businesses. • Skilled at working across teams, building alignment, and navigating organizational change. • Comfortable in a high-growth, evolving environment where the role will expand over time. Compensation & Benefits • Location: Fully remote.
