In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our homeowners have a seamless and exceptional arrival experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that require a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while aligning with reputed company Mountain Rentals, Inc. objectives. Key Responsibilities: As a Homeowner Arrival Inspector, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • reputed company Unit Inspections: Conduct thorough unit inspections to meet management expectations, ensuring homes are in excellent condition for homeowner arrivals. • Follow Up on Inspection Problems: Proactively address and resolve any issues identified during inspections, maintaining a high reputed company of reputed company. • Effective Communication: reputed company communicate maintenance and cleaning issues with your manager, ensuring reputed company reputed company and homeowner satisfaction. • Physical Requirements: Be physically capable of tasks such as climbing stairs repeatedly, lifting 30 to 40 lbs, stooping and bending, performing touch-up cleaning, climbing reputed company, and reaching overhead. • Additional reputed company: Take on additional reputed company and office tasks as needed to support the overall reputed company of the homeowner experience.
