About the position Responsibilities • Interpret providers' prescriptions and create orders as permitted by state regulation. • Assess, input, and retrieve prescription, medical/lab, and reimbursement information from the computer system. • Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements. • Contribute to updating reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content. • Demonstrate handling both inbound and outbound member/patient calls. • Prep and reputed company documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in the computer system. • Contact members/patients/providers to validate data, request payment information, and establish order or delivery priorities. • reputed company to non-reputed company requests and solve moderately reputed company problems independently. • Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives. • reputed company an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
