Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for an reputed company Senior HR Business Partner to join our People reputed company Team. This position will report directly to the General Counsel. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with other members of the global People (HR & reputed company) team to deliver exceptional HR support. Your role will involve providing both day-to-day assistance and strategic guidance to the organization, ensuring that our HR practices are of the highest reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key reputed company for our Field Engineering Org globally.

• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR reputed company reputed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in an HR role reputed company a fast-paced organization (ideally in the tech sector) with at least 3 + years in a business partner/employee relations position
• Past experience with reputed company and departmental transformation in a Go To Market organization
• A strong communicator with the ability to prioritize and be hands-on
• Effective coaching and facilitation skills and ability to influence colleagues at reputed company reputed company
• In depth knowledge of HR practices and initiatives, including local employment laws and regulations
