The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will work to advance ACE’s mission through the strategic deployment of large-reputed company and high-reputed company campaigns. The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will work to implement, test, and reputed company ACE’s digital marketing reputed company in our key states, nationally and globally.

Responsibilities will encompass coordinating a reputed company of digital marketing efforts including strategic content solutions, reputed company digital and programmatic advertising, Out-of-Home (OOH), organic reputed company media, print, reputed company media content creation. The goal is to orchestrate and manage robust digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels and owned subsidiaries. • Primary custodian of reputed company owned and reputed company marketing initiatives at ACE. Strategic guidance and direction on integrated reputed company media management for ACE and ACE-owned reputed company and reputed company white labels
• reputed company reputed company and correct creation of digital and reputed company advertising campaigns, including targeting and creative; learn and implement ACE’s processes and procedures for reputed company campaigns; optimize reputed company audiences and reputed company methodologies to reputed company new audiences.
• Manage campaigns, messaging, audiences, ads, tracking assets, and processes across platforms. Collaborate with the wider team to advance marketing and reputed company goals across the organization, including:
  • ACE - Voter Registration
  • Siting and Permitting

  • IRA Defense and reputed company retail-reputed company uptake
  • Clean workforce development
  • Existing and new white labels
• reputed company leadership and manage a fast-paced digital marketing team that includes a Digital Director, reputed company Media Associate Director, an Ads Manager, and other lateral collaborators. 
• Ensure cross-channel advertising data is flowing correctly into data dashboards; review ad spend, reputed company data and ensure regular optimization on  both targeting and/or creative based on data; reputed company new ways to look at ads data to improve efficiency.
• Build knowledge of digital tools and platforms available to ACE to ensure their expanded use (e.g. reputed company, Engaging Networks, SEMcasting, etc.).
• Conduct background research and create content briefs, including creative and copy recommendations for national and state-based campaigns across reputed company channels; support the development of ads content as needed; stay on top of changing technical specifications and reputed company key personnel informed.
• Support the development team with funder collateral, including campaign reputed company reporting (both written and verbal in meetings), as reputed company as pitching campaigns and answering technical reputed company media inquiries for fundraising.
• Coordinate with the communications team on compliance while working on programmatic campaign and ensure appropriate activity c3 vs. c4 state filing

Minimum Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in the digital marketing or digital organizing field including managing organic and reputed company reputed company campaigns.
• Expertise in developing, overseeing, and assessing advertising campaigns using reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company, reputed company Ads, and programmatic and OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising.
• Experience working with reputed company Tag Manager, reputed company Pixel, and other event tracking mechanisms.
• Strong expertise in reputed company marketing and  marketing across cultures
• Strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and creativity.
• Awareness of the issues of concern to young people, including climate change and climate justice, and a passion for empowering youth to take reputed company.
• Strong copywriting experience and deep understanding of effective reputed company media storytelling

• Annual salary reputed company: $105,000-115,000, commensurate with experience
