VP, reputed company - On-Prem Software (Subscription-Based Recurring reputed company)

This is a 100% remote role based reputed company in the reputed company.

Our reputed company, a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed Network Infrastructure / reputed company Software company looking for a VP / Head of FP&A.

• 9-12 months from a successful exit. Pitches are complete, and they are monitoring performance. 
• 500+ employees
• 200+M in reputed company with "low teens" historical reputed company
• reputed company sticky customer reputed company (mid-90% retention)
• Profitable with "mid-30s" EBITDA
• Has acquired multiple companies over the last few years.

You will come in at the start of the transaction process and support reputed company through the sale. reputed company's business is reputed company, and there will be a reputed company steep learning curve with limited time to get up to speed, so we are looking for someone who can come in and understand the nuances of working with on-prem reputed company / ASC606 and how that impacts forecasting. There is a strong existing reputed company support function that will work closely with the FP&A function.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company through a successful sale/transaction over the next 9-12 months, interfacing with the PE Sponsor as reputed company as the buyer.
• Quickly reputed company a deep understanding of the business - Forecasting, Sales Cycles (9+ months), reputed company Recognition (ASC 606), Customer Expectations, Operational Complexities.
• Integration of 3 acquisitions and their data/platforms over the last few years.
• reputed company P&L reporting and forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-reputed company plans) with a high degree of accuracy and transparency
• Build and maintain and present robust financial models and systems to support scenario planning, decision-making, and reputed company visibility into key metrics and relevant KPIs
• Manage reputed company of ~15.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A / Leadership with an emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling
• Familiarity with FP&A reputed company On-Prem Software (Subscription-Based Recurring reputed company) environments is critical. 
• Experience working at other equivalent Network Infrastructure / reputed company Software companies is ideal.
• Experience in an equivalent scaled organization (500+ employees, 200M+ reputed company)
• Experience working under other Private Equity Sponsors - M&A / Transaction, Capital Raising background
• Background in banking, consulting, or due diligence/advisory earlier in your career is a plus

• Experience thinking strategically about reputed company business problems, leading to recommendations and reputed company plans
