Location Accounting/Admin-Agronomy
Apply<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Primary Objective</strong>: In this position, the team member will provide accounting and administrative support to the location manager and employees with accuracy and efficiency.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br><ul><li>Deliver outstanding customer service on the phone and in person and ensure customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Answers telephone, handles calls, routes to appropriate individual or takes messages</li><li>Accurately invoice products and services purchased by customers</li><li>Accurately apply monies received to customer’s accounts</li><li>Accurately process product transfers to ensure accurate inventory</li><li>Communicates information to employees and supervisors on specific situations that may arise</li><li>Process documents to update and maintain files and records</li><li>Establishes and maintains filing system</li><li>Maintains office supplies and office equipment</li><li>Maintain document files, bulletin boards and other necessary document organization and retention activities.</li><li>Ensure business office is maintained in a net, clean and orderly fashion.</li><li>Acts as a liaison with other locations and outside agencies</li><li>Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. </li><li>Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications for the position<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong knowledge of computerized billing and accounting.</li><li>Excellent customer service/people skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office, power point and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to stay organized and multi-task</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Familiar with agricultural business and cooperatives.</li><li>Ability to work seasonal overtime<br><br></li></ul><strong>CFS Offers An Excellent Benefit Package<br><br></strong><ul><li>Health- with company HSA contribution, Dental and Vision insurance</li><li>Life Insurance - $50,000 company paid</li><li>Short-term and Long-term Disability – company paid</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid Holidays</li><li>Defined Benefit Retirement Plan (Pension)</li><li>Matching 401(k) Plan</li><li>Clothing and Boot program<br><br></li></ul>Salary Description<br><br>$45,000.00 $55,000.00 annual
