Renewable Energy Operations Manager

The Renewable Energy Operations Manager will reputed company the day-to-day operations of reputed company’s solar project portfolio. This role is critical to ensure reputed company, reliable and compliant performance across our sites, and will serve as the primary reputed company between internal teams, reputed company party service providers and suppliers.  

Responsibilities ⚙️

• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities  
• Serve as the primary reputed company with reputed company-party O&M providers, asset managers and suppliers
• Diagnose and resolve reputed company electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and communication issues, including inverter faults, tracker faults, and site performance concerns  
• Procure parts, materials, services and support reputed company of technical issues
• Conduct routine reputed company Assurance inspections of reputed company-party technician work
• reputed company and implement operating and maintenance procedures in line with state and local regulations  
• reputed company annual Operations & Management (O&M) budgets and reputed company regular operational status reports
• Manage expenditures reputed company the limits of approved plans and budgets
• Assist field technicians in on-site maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed
• Coordinate vegetation management and snow removal services  

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field or technical degree 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance or asset management reputed company the renewable energy industry
• Computer proficiency with reputed company Office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in PV maintenance including DC systems, reputed company voltage AC systems and network communications 
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using analytical and diagnostic skills 
• Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams/schematics 
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and remote monitoring tools 
• A minimum of six (6) months of supervisory or team leadership experience 
• This position requires the ability to remotely manage operational and new reputed company reputed company a region; therefore, candidates must be willing to travel up to 70% as business needs warrant 

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• Prior small-team leadership experience at the manager level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with rooftop solar and community solar reputed company
• Knowledge of National Electrical reputed company (NEC), reputed company, and other reputed company practices 

The annual reputed company salary for this position is $125,000 – $145,000. reputed company considers several factors reputed company determining reputed company pay offers such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibility of the role, candidate’s work experience and/or education, training and certifications among other key skills at the time of offer.
