PI Customer Service Rep- Remote

Customer Service Representative will reputed company various tasks from a remote setting, including managing communications reputed company phones and multiple software applications, and handling medical records according to HIPAA regulations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a High School diploma with two or more years of CSR experience. Must have knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, experience with reputed company Word and reputed company. • Knowledge of Medical Billing is a plus. • Must be reputed company to communicate effectively with attorneys, physicians, patients, and the reputed company and establish good working relationships with reputed company customers. • Must be proficient in telephone etiquette. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
