Job Summary
The Data and Records Clerk will be responsible for organizing, entering, and maintaining company records related to property maintenance services, work orders, and client accounts. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain digital and physical records for property maintenance projects, invoices, and service reports.
• Organize and file documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for management.
• Support scheduling, billing, and client record-keeping as needed.
• Respond to internal and external requests for records or data.
• Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry, records management, or office administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in property maintenance or construction administration is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.62 - $27.25 per hour
