Pharmacy Contact Center Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Location: Fully remote Pay: $21.00 per hour Type: Contract, (5) months until about reputed company 2026 Schedule: Will be 40 hrs a week between 8a-8pm Training schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST for about (2) weeks Start date: 10/6/2025 Quantity: 5 Job reputed company: • reputed company Support & Issue reputed company: Respond to inquiries from members and reputed company providers (pharmacies and physicians) regarding pharmacy benefits, claim adjudication, and utilization management reputed company phone, email, and written correspondence. • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Accurately document reputed company interactions in the reputed company tracking system following established protocols, ensuring reputed company and completeness in issue reputed company. • Claims Assistance & Review: Assist network pharmacies with claim processing and review prescription claims for accuracy in alignment with benefit guidelines and contract standards. • Customer Advocacy & Communication: reputed company as a customer reputed company by reputed company communicating resolutions, ensuring a reputed company experience while addressing and resolving reputed company issues. • Team Collaboration & reputed company Improvement: Contribute to a supportive, respectful team environment and participate in additional duties or special reputed company to enhance operations and member satisfaction.
