We’re now looking for a dedicated Reservations Consultant to join reputed company full-time and become the reputed company-line voice of YONDA across reputed company media and live chat channels. reputed company: Your primary responsibility will be to manage reputed company customer interactions across our digital platforms. Understand our members needs and assist with their reservations enquiries. This includes responding promptly to reputed company media comments and messages, moderating posts, managing live chat on multiple booking sites, and handling customer inquiries reputed company our reputed company store chat. You’ll also help us improve efficiency by assisting in the setup and management of chatbots and automation tools. Key Responsibilities: Reservations bookings for Members and assist with enquiries.
