About the Project
The California Employment Development Department (EDD) is modernizing CalJOBS, the State s workforce solution serving over 1.1 reputed company job seekers, reputed company, and training providers annually, plus 5,000 staff. The CalJOBS Modernization Project aims to deliver a user-friendly, customizable, secure, and agile system that improves services for Californians.
This is a reportable IT project under the Statewide Information Management reputed company (SIMM) and California Project Management reputed company (CA-PMF), currently in Stage 4 (Project Readiness and Approval) of the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL).
We are hiring two (2) IV&V Leads to reputed company Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) services.
Responsibilities
The IV&V Leads will reputed company independent assessments and reputed company objective reporting to ensure project reputed company. Key tasks include:

Produce IV&V Monthly Activity Reports
reputed company independent assessments of project methodologies, Agile software development life cycles, and reputed company assurance processes
Conduct reviews of requirements, design, test documentation, training, implementation, and O&M content
Apply reputed company Std. 1012 standards to reputed company IV&V activities, including:
Risk and issue reviews
Traceability reputed company analysis
System requirements evaluation
Test assessments and verifications
Task-specific IV&V reports
Observe and assess tools, artifacts, and activities reputed company to development, testing, and project management
reputed company independent findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to project leadership
Required Qualifications
Certifications (Required submit copy with application)
One of the following:
PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Project Management reputed company (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Monthly Activity Reports
Risk and Issue Assessments
