About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting new and existing software APIs and applications
• Collaborating effectively within a team environment and contributing to Agile development teams following Twelve-Factor application development principles
• Working on cloud-native applications, components, and enhancements with a focus on clean, highly efficient, valid, and testable code for the full technology stack
• Participating in the development of Microservices-based architecture and Spring Boot applications
• Utilizing your expertise in Java, Python, HTML, React JS, CSS, MySQL, and Prophet to drive innovation and improvement
• Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop and deploy scalable and secure applications

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• Proficiency in Java and Github, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience with Python, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Strong knowledge of HTML, React JS, CSS, MySQL, and Prophet
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Twelve-Factor application development principles
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications and Microservices-based architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with React JS and front-end development
• Strong understanding of database design and development
