About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team on a 52-week contract basis. As a key member of our biopharmaceutical client's supply chain management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products to patient treatment centers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Logistics Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Monitoring patient treatment schedules and coordinating with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Resolving real-time operational issues related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Utilizing MS Office Suite skills to analyze data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, scheduling, and planning
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, or comparable systems
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with FDA regulations and a background in the biopharmaceutical industry would be highly desirable.
