**Job Summary**
As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will play a critical role in scheduling patient appointments and providing general patient support in a telephonic environment. You will work collaboratively with multiple medical client partners to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care. This is a remote (work-at-home) position, and we are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time shifts.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of calls per day (75+ calls/day) using a multi-line phone
* Accurately schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
* Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
* Listen and report complex clinical issues to the appropriate supervisor/client partner
* Assist callers and navigate them to appropriate resources
* Concisely and accurately document call activity, outcomes, and other notes as needed in client system
* Work collaboratively with co-workers to meet the goals and objectives of the department
* Meet attendance and performance standards

**Starting Pay Rate**
$15.00 per hour, with Quarterly Bonuses based on attendance & performance.
**Required Qualifications**
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer/patient service environment
* Strong Internet Speed & access to router via Ethernet Cord (Minimum speed: 20mbps Download & 6mbps Upload)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in Microsoft Office or an EMR
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
* Call Center experience
* High call volume experience
