<p><b>Managing Consultant - Amazon Brand Management</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Fully Remote - UK</p><p><b>Type:</b> Full-Time</p><p><b>Compensation:</b> UK £75,000 base + substantial uncapped performance bonus with an OTE of up to £200,000</p><p>*This company are offering huge financial upside for the best Amazon talent, please note that to earn the top of the OTE this will not be a typical corporate 9-5 job so will suit entrepreneurial people who want to earn very well and are willing to put the work in.</p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We’re looking for a strategic Amazon professional with deep expertise in Amazon FBA to join a high-performing consultancy. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to established marketplace sellers, helping them scale efficiently through tailored brand growth strategies, performance analysis, and tactical support.</p><p>This is a hands-off role when it comes to account management you won\'t be clicking around Seller Central on clients’ behalf. Instead, you\'ll guide them through a structured framework to improve their performance and drive profitability.</p><p><b>Why This Opportunity?</b></p><ul><li>Join a fully remote consultancy that partners exclusively with Amazon sellers.</li><li>Be part of a fast-paced, outcome-driven culture built on trust, expertise, and continuous learning.</li><li>Access uncapped earnings based on your direct contribution and client success.</li><li>Collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about e-commerce and excellence.</li></ul><p><b>What You\'ll Be Doing</b></p><ul><li>Lead weekly consultations with Amazon sellers, providing strategic advice, project direction, and performance reviews.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues relating to catalogue integrity, listing compliance, and suppressed or incorrect content.</li><li>Review and refine advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, helping clients scale while preserving profitability.</li><li>Coach clients on product launch approaches, organic ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.</li><li>Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback via digital channels to ensure accountability and momentum.</li><li>Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies and client resources to ensure best-in-class delivery.</li><li>Attend virtual team meetings and learning sessions to stay sharp and continuously evolve your skill set.</li></ul><p><b>Key Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience managing or consulting for Amazon Private Label brands.</li><li>Proven success supporting brands with £8M+ in annual turnover on Amazon.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of £40,000+ per month, with strong ROI outcomes.</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of Amazon’s back end: logistics, fulfilment costs, profitability, and inventory strategies.</li><li>Ability to identify catalogue errors and resolve technical listing or compliance issues efficiently.</li><li>Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.</li><li>Comfortable leading client relationships with a proactive and professional approach.</li><li>Highly motivated, target-oriented, and energised by autonomy and results.</li></ul>
