About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide world-class customer service and technical support for Apple products.
• Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize documented troubleshooting flows to assist customers effectively.
• Listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to individual situations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
• Enrolled in a university in the U.S. pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• A quiet home workspace with ergonomic furniture and a hard-wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements.
• Availability for nine weeks of part-time paid training and subsequent part-time work schedule.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while conversing with customers.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
• Minimum GPA of 2.7.
Nice-to-haves
• Majoring in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or any tech-related field.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations with resilience.
