Executive Assistant - Part-Time
We’re seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a growing company. This role focuses on managing calendars, communications, travel, and day-to-day operations to help the Founder stay focused on strategy and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the Founder’s calendar and inbox, coordinating smoothly across business and personal schedules.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Plan travel and logistics for the Founder and team.
- Assist with recurring operational tasks (financial uploads, account management, etc.).
- Keep communication and schedules streamlined across multiple businesses.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and anticipate needs.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with shifting priorities.
Details
- Part-time: 10–15 hours per week (with room to grow).
- Remote, flexible schedule.
- Must be available some working hours of Mountain Standard Time - this is for meetings with Founder and scheduling.
- Reports directly to the Founder.
