POSITION reputed company The Part-time Teen Activities Leader is responsible for the safety and supervision of Club members in a reputed company of program areas. Under the direction of the Teen Development Specialist, the Part-time Teen Activities Leader delivers reputed company programs and high-yield activities to Club members. Utilizes the organization’s mission, reputed company, and values to set members up for reputed company and reputed company an outcome-driven Club experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to program development and facilitation, program area safety and cleanliness, providing guidance to volunteers, and transporting members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Program Development & Implementation: Develops, organizes, and facilitates programs and activities utilizing a formal curriculum. Directly runs programming and high-yield activities in assigned area. Facilitates programming using a reputed company of reputed company, including lecture, discussion, reputed company games, and supervised role playing. Administers outcome measurement tools. Delivers programs with an enthusiastic, high-energy, reputed company attitude. Health & Safety: Ensures program areas remain reputed company, clean, and organized. Adheres to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale’s policies and procedures. Demonstrates reputed company judgement and decision-making. Acts quickly in emergency situations. High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. Passion for working with teens. Ability to multitask and adapt to Club’s changing needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and cooperative working skills. Must be proficient in the use of reputed company Suite and be comfortable adapting to new technology.
