Job Summary:
Classic Learn is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-sales Executives to join our remote admission sales team. The role requires handling high-volume outbound calls, counseling students/parents, and converting leads into admissions. This is a target-based sales job ideal for candidates with strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective students/parents.
• Explain courses, admission process, and career benefits clearly.
• Maintain and achieve daily calling KPI (calls, talk time, conversions).
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure admissions.
• Update and maintain lead/call records in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly admission sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telesales/admission sales experience preferred (Freshers
• with excellent communication can also apply).
• Strong communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English.
• Must have a laptop/desktop, good internet connection, and smartphone.
• Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
• In Terms (housewives not applicable).
Working Conditions:
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed weekly off)
• Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home).
