Key Responsibilities

- A typing skill level of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy, demonstrating strong technical skills.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Office 365.
- Strong written and oral problem-solving skills, with the ability to address inquiries professionally.
- A reliable internet connection with download speeds of at least 50 Mbps.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working in the Medicare/Medicaid sector or a related healthcare field.
