Key Responsibilities

• Documentation and Communication: Translate high-level business needs into detailed documentation, including functional specs, use cases, UI wireframes, and test scenarios.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Drive application testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Methodologies and Best Practices: Support and enhance organization-wide methodologies and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic and Tactical Projects: Contribute to both long-term strategic projects and short-term tactical solutions, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in an operations or analyst role, ideally in financial services, legal, or consulting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business analysis and problem-solving.
