About the Role
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our dental call center operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients and their patients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.
- Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics.
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively.
- Work remotely, Monday through Friday, within the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
- At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support.
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate inquiries to satisfactory resolutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
