Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing a distinctive and exquisite customer experience. You will engage with customers, resolve their issues, and answer their inquiries to ensure a positive experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing sales transactions, and implementing company asset protection methods to minimize profit loss.
Key Responsibilities
- Model and grant a distinctive and exquisite customer experience
- Register sales on assigned cash sign-in and provide clients with courteous, honest, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with services and products
- Resolve customer problems and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain counters and shelves smoothly and nicely merchandised, take inventory, and maintain data
- Implement company asset protection methods to recognize and minimize profit loss
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Construct and maintain presentations, including promotional, seasonal, special systems, and sale products
- Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by guidelines/procedures
- Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative device, and suggestive promote of promotional photo products
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders in Photo Care Plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store
- Assist with outdoor and indoor maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
- Complete special assignments and other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prefer to have previous work experience with our company
