Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions, analyze complex data sets, and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with advertising effort managers, project teams, and the central investigation group to gather data and measurement requirements, manage and improve integrated reporting, and ensure data accuracy. Your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in optimizing data processes, identifying data integrity issues, and developing automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with advertising effort managers, project teams, and the central investigation group to gather data and measurement requirements for content advancement projects.
- Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance, leading reviews and ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage in-house processes for advertising experimentation, tracking and logging ongoing studies/tests across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
- Develop automation solutions to improve data precision and scalability.
- Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and correct data integrity/accuracy issues across reporting, data systems, and dashboards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL).
- Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building and working with distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources.
- Self-motivated with adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
