Job reputed company reputed company Inc. (PPI) is seeking an Insurance Agent-Sales who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. Insurance Agents are responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues. Job Location: Remote – reputed company, Chicago, Akron, Phoenix Main Responsibilities • Responds to reputed company inquiries reputed company stated service level agreements. • Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with reputed company and processing guidelines. • Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts. • Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies. • Maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance. • Participates in solution innovation, sales, and retention efforts with reputed company and new clients. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
