Key Responsibilities
- Execute a positive handoff with flight crews and lead cookroom reviews during catering provisioning to mitigate missing item concerns/events
- Support restock of "hold items" from a terminal access vantage to decrease conditions on truck dispatches
- Act as an item and mileage Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ATL catering details with Uncertainties and OBS
- Track, trend, and provide designated "shock and pleasure" for MI-19 patterns, objections, and flight groups
- Support and participate in "Catering Determination Rush" at Uncertainties Parlors for item, detail, and change management "correspondence and criticism"
- Effectively participate in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and promotions for ATL OBS Brand Building and Mindfulness
- Perform quality control functions before delivery installed
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and hold an airport identification with a customs seal
- Pass a thorough post-offer pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check
- Pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and ship items weighing up to 40 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Quality Confirmation experience
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with e-door lattice frameworks and Delta's catering-related technology systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, team direction, and leadership abilities
