Job Summary
As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our ground operations and customer experience teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Participate in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Ground Operations
As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Ground Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
- Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Participating in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
Sales Operations
As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting
- Creating and distributing communications and security updates to Southwest Business Group and Clients
- Providing customer service to Southwest Business Group and Clients by responding to and managing customer and sales inquiries using CRM tools
- Assisting in creating and delivering onboarding and training materials for the team
- Participating in ad-hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a related field (e.g., operations, customer service, sales)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
