Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
