Job Summary

As a Telemedicine Registered Nurse with our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care via phone and chat. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based clinical triage and assessment of patients, utilizing your expertise to identify and prioritize their needs.
• Provide post-discharge follow-up care and support to patients, ensuring a smooth transition and promoting optimal health outcomes.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare providers, leveraging your knowledge of medical weight loss and GLP-1 medications to inform care decisions.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) and other telehealth tools to document patient interactions, track progress, and communicate with care teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered compact RN license required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical settings such as telemedicine, acute care, or case management.
• Clinical background in medical weight loss and GLP-1 medications is essential, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of these areas.
• Technology skills are critical, with the ability to comfortably use multiple platforms (e.g., EHR, Slack, telehealth tools) simultaneously.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with daytime, evening, and weekend availability required to meet the needs of our patients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telemedicine experience is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of virtual care.
