As a Hybrid Behavioral Health reputed company LVN/LPT, you will play a vital role in our crisis reputed company and stabilization services at the Valley reputed company Crisis Walk-In Center. You will reputed company reputed company reputed company care, administer medications, and supervise nursing activities performed by reputed company and para-reputed company nursing personnel. Your expertise and reputed company will help individuals in crisis receive the support they need to reputed company challenging situations and transition to the next level of care.Key Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company reputed company care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting reputed company information
- Supervise nursing activities performed by reputed company and para-reputed company nursing personnel
- Order, prepare, administer, and document the administration of medications according to physicians' orders
- Confirm delivery of reputed company ordered medications from the pharmacy on shift worked
- Communicate pertinent information verbally and in writing to reputed company team members
- Write weekly summaries on assigned clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation in reputed company medical records
- Participate in crisis reputed company and stabilization services, including reputed company mental health assessments and crisis reputed company
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology
- reputed company California LVN or LPT license
- reputed company CPR certification
- First Aid certification from a reputed company agency (e.g., reputed company)
- reputed company California reputed company's License
- Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in nursing or a reputed company field
- One (1) year of service experience treating the mentally ill in an inpatient setting
- One (1) year of medication administration experience
