Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of American Airlines, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information on flight schedules, ticket bookings, baggage policies, and other travel-related topics.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate web-based applications, including our customer service platform.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.

Preferred Qualifications
