About the Role: Commercial Delivery Driver

As a Commercial Delivery Driver at AutoZone, you'll play a vital role in delivering parts to our commercial customers, ensuring timely and efficient service that exceeds their expectations. You'll be responsible for driving a delivery vehicle, loading and unloading parts, picking up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, and maintaining a safe driving and working environment. You'll also have the opportunity to interact with our DIY customers in the store between deliveries, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our commercial customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and exceeding their expectations
• Drive a delivery vehicle to transport parts to commercial customers, including loading and unloading of parts
• Pick up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Maintain a safe driving and working environment, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all fleet and safety policies
• Assist DIY customers in the store between deliveries, providing them with exceptional service and support
• Follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
• Handle cash and charge transactions per company policy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information resources, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, with the ability to meet AutoZone's driver requirements
