Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Build and maintain a high-performing software engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring, and career development.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience and 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language, with a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, etc.).
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud infrastructure and deploying web services.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing and test-driven development processes.
• Leadership: Experience in engaging diverse talent, building and leading teams.
