About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Online Korean - English Interpreter to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our remote notarization services, you will play a vital role in facilitating online notarization interpretations between notaries and Korean-speaking signees. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely interpretation services for online notarization transactions between notaries and Korean-speaking signees.
• Relay questions from notaries to signees and provide their responses in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct identity verification for signees and notaries as required.
• Participate in online notarization sessions via webcam, utilizing a camera device and adhering to all necessary security protocols.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Korean and English, with excellent comprehension, reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
• Interpretation Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Korean - English interpretation, preferably in a remote or online setting.
