Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care, manage front office operations, and contribute to the overall success of our dental practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients to the practice, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Perform general office duties, including answering telephones, calling patients, and managing emails

  • Process new patient paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collect payments and manage patient accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and manage claims
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • At least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software, with experience in Open Dental a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and insurance companies
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule and Work Location
