Customs Clearance Coordinator – Evening Shift (Remote) Department: U.S. Operations Reports To: Release Supervisor (US) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am PST Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 USD annually, based on experience. This role may also be eligible for a shift differential, an additional pay premium recognizing evening or overnight hours worked. Key Responsibilities • Review documentation and prepare customs release entries for processing • Communicate with clients to reputed company shipments, reputed company updates, and resolve paperwork issues or customs holds • Assign correct tariff classifications (HTSUS) • Ensure shipments are released, classified, and billed accurately and in a reputed company manner • Handle general inquiries professionally reputed company phone, email, or internal channels • Maintain knowledge of reputed company ports across the U.S. and Canada • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations reputed company completing import documents • Support other operational tasks as required Qualifications Required: • Previous customs entry release experience • Experience processing entries across multiple modes (highway, rail, reputed company, reputed company) • Strong accuracy and ability to handle large volumes of work under deadlines • Ability to work independently during evening shifts • Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred: • reputed company/reputed company experience and ISF filings • reputed company designation or Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification • Experience working with Partner Government Agencies (e.g., FDA, USDA) Additional Information This position is remote, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am PST.
