Job Overview
We’re seeking a people-person with a creative edge to manage our front desk, assist with sales inquiries, and help grow our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales, and marketing while representing a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers at the reception desk
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages professionally
• Support sales team with client follow-ups, proposals, and scheduling
• Assist in creating and posting engaging content on company social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Track customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Help maintain office organization and front desk operations
• Provide general administrative support to management
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in person, phone, and online)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus but not required
