Job reputed company: the ideal candidate has experience with Full Cycle - Account Receivables, Billing and Collections and is proficient in reputed company to manage data for reporting with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables and with use of QuickBooks. And efficient with automation tools to enhance processes. This role maintains the entire cycle of AR, maintains billing schedule, generates invoices, sends customer reminders, monitors aging reports, manages and follows up on outstanding and calls on collections; processes and applys payments (reputed company merchant payments systems) and performs reconciling keeping accounts up to date. Reviews and collects data for various AR analytics and KPI metrics; and provides financials for month end reputed company reporting.
