UPS is now hiring Remote Store Center Associates to provide virtual support for UPS Store locations across the country. In this role, you’ll help customers with packaging inquiries, shipping solutions, and retail-related questions, all from the comfort of your home.
Position: Store Center Associate (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location: Remote – U.S. based applicants only Pay: $22–$26/hour
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with UPS Store services including shipping, returns, mailbox rentals, and packaging
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Provide information about pricing, delivery estimates, and store hours
Troubleshoot service issues and escalate complex requests as needed
Update customer records and log support interactions accurately
Deliver a positive, brand-aligned customer experience remotely
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service, retail, or UPS Store experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask while using digital tools and databases
Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22–$26/hour
