Job Description
As a HubSpot/Sales Operations Specialist, you will manage the HubSpot platform by maintaining clean data, configuring workflows, and generating reports. Your expertise will enable the sales team to work smarter by automating routine tasks and providing actionable analytics. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales operations run smoothly and meet business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and sales operations
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM customization
Ability to create and maintain automated workflows and dashboards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
