Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and chats from employees seeking EAP support
Provide program information and assist with appointment scheduling

Accurately document interactions in the system
Escalate urgent concerns to licensed professionals as needed
Support team collaboration with counselors and clinical support staff
Maintain a calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree a plus)
1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable managing sensitive topics with discretion and empathy
Proficient with digital tools, CRMs, and call center platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Stable internet and private workspace required
