Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in technical support or IT engineering

Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently in a remote environment
