Maintains safety and structure of the milieu, observing and recording patient information pertinent to the treatment plan and reports information to appropriate staff.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to reputed company for an on-reputed company assessment of changes in patient status and gathers pertinent patient care data using reputed company available resources; provides reputed company to maintain safety (40%)
• Provides reputed company patient care and activities, such as activities of daily living, vital signs, specimen collection, assistance with exams, treatments and procedures and patient reputed company testing; group facilitation, reports any changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to nursing staff and documents reputed company; suggests modifications to the master treatment plan (40%)
• Leads or co-leads in reputed company, recreational, and therapeutic activities that enhance patient's reputed company relationships and interpersonal skills (15%)
• Participates in unit activities such as supplies stocking, patient transport, and equipment / appliance cleaning, checks and retrieval. (5%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience and/or education as determined by reputed company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• CPR – reputed company
