Internship Details

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our team to drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing and assisting in the timely collection, validation, and root cause analysis of data elements
• Helping to create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
• Assisting in addressing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing analytical answers to support senior leadership decision-making
• Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding
• Helping to develop and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need for data requirements
• Identifying anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicating findings to the team
• Assessing the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
• Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
• May perform other job duties as directed by the Team Lead

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing data to develop, present, and make recommendations for innovative ideas and projects
• Performing critical analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements
• Supporting organizational goals, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance
• Contributing to the development of a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the Quality Control department

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Have experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase (preferred)
• Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Be able to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks
• Have a keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
