Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time remote Disney Data Entry and Customer Care Specialist to work on a range of exciting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production team, including data entry, customer care, and asset management. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Asset Management: Accumulate and organize artwork, including individual fashions, props, and area designs for shipments to manufacturing facilities. Label, categorize, and develop final model packs for cargo.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Artwork File Management: Hold all artwork files to be in standardized formats, including naming conventions. Ensure that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Design List Management: Assist in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed.
  • Meeting Notes and Minutes: Take notes at assigned meetings, including conference calls (Zoom) with vendors, animation launches, and others.
  • Director's Approval: Obtain Director's approval on artwork and provide any necessary materials for artists.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on digital artwork to ensure high standards.
  • Communication: Communicate any delays to the production manager or supervisor immediately.
  • Archival of Artwork: Assist in the archival of artwork once a production is complete.
  • Process Improvement: Make suggestions for streamlining and enhancing pipelines, including ideas for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity problems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer care, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Mac or PC, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and e-social skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to oversee multiple tasks and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Disney Experience: Previous experience working with Disney or a similar entertainment company.
  • Artistic Skills: Knowledge of artistic principles and experience working with creative teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages.
